Stainless Steel Triple Pass Water Filled Heat Exchanger Heat Exchanger Tubes
The triple pass water filled heat exchanger was developed to allow for better heat transfer and higher efficiency than conventional units. The Crown Royal heat exchanger has the largest transfer service area on the market, with water on all eight sides, and is strategically placed along internal piping to be washed with the return water within the water jacket which increases the heat recovery when compared to conventional boilers. The Multi Pass Series features a Heat Exchanger Clean Out Door, accessible from the front of the outdoor furnace, for ease of cleaning fly ash.
Easy Maintenance
Insulated clean out door provides you with easy access to the upper multi pass head changer. Lower ash pan doors are located in the front of the boiler directly under the load door. No specialty tools needed.

The Multi Pass Series of outdoor boilers are designed to feature an extra large firebox door, placed at the optimal height for care free loading. Safety is at the core of everything, which is why all firebox doors have multiple layers of insulation and are equipped with our Roller Latch Door System and 4-point adjustment provides a perfect seal with easy operation
Shaker Grates & Ash Pan
The Multi Pass series features our Original Cast Iron Shaker Grate & Ash Pan system. Our cast iron Shaker Grates aid in the optimization of air flow under the fire, while at the same time allowing the owner to quickly shake out excess ash without the use of special tools or augers. The ash is collected in the provided extra large, removable, ash pan, making cleaning and disposal extremely easy. Just like the Firebox Door, the Ash Pan Door features our double safety latch handle.
Adjustable Primary Air Blower
The introduction of combustion air under the Shaker Grates assists in increasing the fire temperatures, making the burn more efficient and cleaner compared to other conventional units on the market. The Adjustable Primary Air Blower ensures there is always the proper amount of air flow inside the firebox at all times, no matter the type of fuel being burned. The combustion air is controlled by a variable speed knob, conveniently located on the Control Panel.
Ultra-Temp Insulated Stainless Steel Chimney
Stainless steel inner and outer shell for added durability. Class A double wall insulated chimney for safety and efficiency. Interlocking lengths available to allow the chimney to be easily expandable to meet NYS requirements.
Turbo Draft System
Heating systems (wood, coal, fuel oil, kerosene, natural gas, propane, etc) were initially all naturally aspirated, also know as natural draft. As technology advanced, forced draft systems were found to increase efficiency as a better fuel/air mix could be achieved. The Crown Royal designed forced Turbo Draft System allows for a cleaner, more efficient burn inside the firebox while permitting secondary gases to be burned before escaping out of the furnace chimney. A variable speed in-line blower is utilized to provide primary air, up through the shaker grates for fuels such as coal or corn. Secondary air is introduced over the fire, providing fresh oxygen for a secondary burn before the exhaust travels through the boiler.

Easy to use Controls
The MP series has no computerized or proprietary controls. Boilers are thermostatically controlled with a common heating digital aquastat to provide a constant temperature supplied to your home or business. Digital illuminated controls are easy to read at all times. Due to their designs, they are also easy to source, economical, and easy to maintain.

Depending on the outdoor temperature and size of the unit, Crown Royal outdoor boilers only need to be loaded once or twice a day during the coldest parts of winter. Large firebox capacity and a large load door is designed for convenience. Since our units are installed outdoors it eliminates dirt, bark, ash, smoke, soot, or insects from inside your home that may have otherwise been there if an indoor unit were installed. It now stays outside where it belongs. Duel rated for indoor or outdoor, so installation inside of your wood shed is safe and easy. With proper installation, snow melt systems can also be installed under driveways and sidewalks. The rear access door swings open, and can be completely removed with the spring pin, to allow full access to the plumbing and clean out doors.
